What if the link in the email with my purchase expires?

Not to worry, we got you covered every step of the way. After you make your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your purchase. The link is good for 24 hours. After the initial 24 hours, the link will expire and you can request another link.

Who can I contact if I have a question?

You can contact us by emailing info@veronicasagastume.com or hitting reply to the email you received with your purchase information. Your email is very important to us, we will respond but please allow up to 2 days for us to get back to you.

What if I purchased the wrong product or it’s not what I need?

It happens and we understand. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll be happy to issue a refund. We’ll ask you a few questions to get your refund processed and the funds will be back in your account within 6 business days. We know what it’s like to purchase something that is not the best fit, and we also know how it feels when someone just sees us as a cash transaction. We don’t want you to feel that way, so please contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.
