Not to worry, we got you covered every step of the way. After you make your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your purchase. The link is good for 24 hours. After the initial 24 hours, the link will expire and you can request another link.

What if I purchased the wrong product or it’s not what I need?

It happens and we understand. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll be happy to issue a refund. We’ll ask you a few questions to get your refund processed and the funds will be back in your account within 6 business days. We know what it’s like to purchase something that is not the best fit, and we also know how it feels when someone just sees us as a cash transaction.
