YOUR GMAIL SIGNATURE IS A POWERFUL WAY TO STAY CONNECTED!
Creating a Gmail Signature is a powerful way to stay connected with your prospects as well as your current clients. You can create a professional email signature for your business OR a personal one that can have a quote or a message you want to share with your email contacts.
I’ve been designing my email professional signature for years and always have a call to action where I promote an event such as a master class, webinar, workshop, or upcoming launch for a group program or a FREE business resource, I even include a scheduling link to make it easy to schedule time with me.
Recently I decided to create a personal email signature to share favorite quotes or link to sites where we could volunteer to help others.
Think of your eSignature as a member of your team who works for you 24/7!
In this video, I walk you through step-by-step how you can create an email signature to add to your Gmail account using free resources and in a few simple steps.
REMEMBER: Email signatures are equivalent to your printed business cards - they are small, simple, and essential to your brand and your individual professional personality.Your signature is mighty and powerful, don't underestimate it.
I recently received an email from a friend who had created her signature using my tutorial, to share her favorite quote plus a link to a place you could volunteer to help shop for seniors during this pandemic season...I loved her creativity.

AT THIS POINT, YOU’RE DONE, BUT BELOW ARE A FEW PRO TIPS TO UP LEVEL YOUR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE.
PRO TIPS TO MAKE YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE WORK HARDER
DOMAIN SPECIFIC: Have a domain-specific email. For example: info@veronicasagastume.com looks a lot more professional than infoveronica@gmailc.com.
The domain will cost you less than $10 annually and the monthly Gmail comes with your GDrive suite, worth the $12 monthly investment to help you look more professional and like you mean business!
SCHEDULING LINK: Include your scheduling link in your email. I use Acuity scheduling because it’s budget friendly and incredibly powerful by integrating with my calendar, my Zoom account and I can even integrate my merchant processor with it.
Including this scheduling link makes it easy for anyone to click on it, select a time and day that works for them without the back and forth of exchanging emails. This way, at any point, your prospective client can easily book a time to speak with you when needed. Worth the $10/monthly fee
Email is a big key to establishing a solid foundation for your business.
