5 WAYS TO SILENCE YOUR NEGATIVE SELF-TALK

Content creation is not as hard as you think, but it’s also not as easy. And as an accounting, tax, or bookkeeping business in this digital age, if you are not regularly dishing out content to an-ever hungry audience, you are bound to fall out of business.

However, content creation can be time-consuming if you don't do it the right way. By doing it the right way, I mean using tools to help you create and publish your content.

You can relax though - I’m here to help!

I know it can feel overwhelming to choose the best tools. Frankly, I feel this way from time to time. However, it’s my job to test these tools out and then share with you what I find.

Look, I still have my favorite go-to like Canva, Wavve, and Answerthepublic. But today I’m going to introduce you to a few you may not be as familiar with and worth a try.

Below are three of the best design tools I think should help you create content without fuss.

Answethepublic

Want regular content ideas? Let me introduce you to an untapped goldmine of content ideas. AnswerThePublic (ATP)listens into autocomplete data from search engines like Google then quickly cranks out every useful phrase and question people are asking around your keyword.

I’ve used ATP as a way to explore questions and problems that my prospects or clients actually have. (I really like the Prepositions wheel as well).

TIP: you can download all of the questions into a csv file so you can start building your data bank. (don’t try to read the wheel all around, you’ll get a neck cramp!)

For best results: Enter a topic, brand, or product (Use 1-2 words)

Try it. You’ll see what I mean.

pictochart

Infographics are a powerful way to communicate information, a process, a framework and so much more. What’s that saying…”A picture is worth a thousand words”, well an infographic is definitely worth it when you can share your information with a visual.

That’s where Piktochart comes in. It’s a tool for creating infographics, the Piktochart helps users “make information beautiful”. At least 15 million people are currently enjoying the tool with its fully customizable templates that produce visually appealing content through infographics.

That’s not all though. Piktochart also helps users to design more than just infographics – you can also create print designs like posters and flyers, reports, and presentations with the same level of intuitive and unique customization.

Not a bad tool at all.

renderforest

These days, video is the fastest way for you to gain that almighty know, like, and trust factor with your audience. Content builds trust and if you can create and share video content with your audience, well, let’s just say, your relationship will start to grow faster. But, there are many other ways you can accelerate your relationship such as audio (audiograms).

Renderforest is an efficient cloud-based tool for content creation tools designed to help users create music visualizations, infographic animations, slideshows, and of course, videos. But don’t take my word for it, click HERE and check out what they can do for yourself.

One more thing about RenderForest, video creation is not all RenderForest is used for though. It also has tools that can be used to build professional websites and create logos.

There’s some serious icing on the cake – you get to enjoy access to Renderforest designers for help of any kind.

All this to say

Tools are very important for content creation. Although we discussed just the three above, there are tools that help you track key hashtags to your social media strategy, design images, create GIFs, and even shorten URLs.  I’ll be sure to create future posts and share more tools with you.

You should always have the best tools for the job at your beck and call. Keep adding the best tools to your toolbox.

Do you use tools for your content creation?

I’d love to hear from you so be sure to let me know in the comment section below.
